The time has come to part ways with my coach. As much as I have enjoyed working on it, meeting a lot of great people and learning a lot from everyone along the way. The family is just not that in to it. I cant justify hanging on to it any longer. The coach and family were at the International at Elkhart, Every time out its run fine.

There is a bit of a write up on Craigslist. As well as some photos.
https://lansing.craigslist.org/rvs/d/east-lansing-1977-gmc-royale/6908376391.html

Im happy to answer any questions anyone has, and happy to spend as much time as needed with anyone who is interested in purchasing it. I have a very detailed list of what parts were replaced, cleaned, repaired, upgraded etc. Its over 130 some items. I have receipts for all of it. in a 2 inch thick folder. All the service manuals, parts manuals, owners manual, PDFs of the appliances. I have a number of photos during the interior remodel, and paint work.

Its a running driving working coach. 123K original miles. 403 engine. 3.55 final drive installed by Buskirk.
Dave Lenzi provided a number of parts for the coach, spent a great deal of time with me and gave the coach a once over shortly after I put his knuckles on it.

The list of "what else does it need" is shorter than the "whats been done list".

The paint needs to be buffed out. Its a 10 foot paint job at best, but would look much better after buffing it.
The Dash is cracked in several spots. Its functional, but its not in great shape.

The ceiling in the bathroom has not been replaced. Its fine as it is, but I did not get to that.

The water heater needs to either be replaced or adjusted. It lights fine, but sometimes flames out. There is a new pressure valve in it, and it does work, but its not perfect.

It can use some better curtains. Entirely up to you, but that's what came with the coach so that's what we used.

It needs a vacuum pump for the Lenzi auxiliary brake booster back up. I have Daves booster installed, Daves Master Cylinder and push rod installed. I have his manifold, the wiring, and the relays sitting on my bench. It just needs the pump, and to be wired up and it will be done.

The windshields are fogging. They are not cracked, or damaged or leaking, but Foggy.

That's all I can think of, as far as big stuff.

Im asking $18,500. The coach is not perfect, but its also not listed for 35,000 either. At this price you can still do somethings to it at your pace, and be at or under the 25K mark.

Please PM me if your interested and I can email you the documents, more photos if you want or answer any other questions.

The coach is ready to go, and full of gas. Just needs a new caretaker.

Thank you.

That's a beautiful coach Warren, and I know you had put a lot in to it. Hope you guys are doing well, and good luck with this and everything else!

Thanks Chris, I cant stress enough that most of it would not have turned out as it did, if it were not for a lot of folks on this board. Ive had a lot of fun, a few bloody knuckles, greasy hands, and a few swear words along the way. But Ive also met a lot of folks on this board, and in person at the rallies I could attend who are great people. Darn near all of the greasy, nasty, heavy work has been done on the coach.

For what its worth it has been pouring rain here for weeks, and the coach is nice and dry on the inside!!

I have probably half a truck load of spares to go with it.
at least 2 16.5 wheels, another 3 with old tires still on them if someone wants them.

The spares list as I can recall:
5 oil filters and 5 quarts of mobil 1
NOS correct AC Delco trans filter and trans pan gasket
403 Intake Manifold
Air filter, Remflex manifold gasket set
Spare cap, rotor, wires, plugs
fuel filters for the engine and the Onan
2 rear complete hubs and drums
Royale Monitor panel
Speedo cluster
0 mile Sully Bag
4 OEM bags and cones
49 ish OEM lug nuts
CV outer joint
Water pump and gaskets
Delco Radiator cap

and some other odds and ends.

I would like to know where you got those wheels.  They look very nice. I

I like them too. They look like Vision Hauler Duallies #181H6681MR to me.

Price Dropped by a $1,000.00 Asking $17,500. This is a good running driving coach. The spreadsheet of repairs and updates is over 130 items long.

Still lots of summer left to enjoy this coach.

Reasonable offers will be entertained after you test drive it. Smile
